In the past decade, technology-enabled innovation has brought enormous benefits to the global financial system and, by extension, to society, but it has also brought with it new risks. With AI and machine learning adoption growing rapidly, what impact will the next generation of technologies have on financial services and how do we ensure that the benefits always outweigh the risks?
