Uxio Malvido leads the global People and Culture function at the World Economic Forum. He has developed his international HR career in the corporate world, working in Accenture, Merck & Co, Rio Tinto, LafargeHolcim and Arriva (part of Deutsche Bahn). Working across multiple people disciplines, he has led several strategic initiatives, including business and HR transformation, development of HR strategy, restructuring, and mergers and divestments.
He holds a masters in Intercultural Management and BS in Chemistry and Psychology.
