Srinivasan Seshadri (Srini) is the Global Head for Financial Services for HCL Technologies, leading Financial Services division across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. He has been with HCLTech for more than twenty years, holding leadership positions across Asia, Europe and North America & has consistently invested in building deep and long-term relationships and forging partnerships with a number of large financial organisations, that have led to highly successful outcomes with long-term sustainable benefits. Srini joined HCLTech from Deutsche Software in 2001 and has since taken up key leadership positions at HCLTech, playing a significant role in positioning the organization as a global leader in the Financial Services sector. Through his pioneering vision and extensive
experience, Srini has been instrumental in cementing large strategic deals with major names in the industry. A BITS Pilani alumni, Srini is currently based out of the US. He is an avid golfer and loves music. He often exudes his passion for golf and penchant for giving back to the society by participating at various charity and fundraising golf events during his leisure time.
