Rebeca Cipollitti is the coordinator for the Climate Speakers Network. She graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in environment with a minor in history from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. While there, she realized her passion for environmental justice and was involved in social research and grassroots organizing on campus. She also spent a semester in Panama with the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute conducting field work and studying neotropical biology, human geography, and agriculture. She is originally from Venezuela, but has spent her life living in different parts of the world. Rebeca spends her free time experimenting with new baking recipes, doing yoga, or watching reruns of Friends.
