Globally experienced executive, specialized in design and delivery of complex innovation, transformation and futures projects for Fortune 500 companies, governments, and non-profits. I lead the Salesforce Futures team, working closely with our Chief Futures Officer Peter Schwartz.
I was previously seconded from Salesforce on a fellowship at the WEF's Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, developing agile governance for AI.
At Salesforce since 2013, as a leader in our Ignite innovation team which helps our most strategic customers transform. Helped grow the team into new regions and through acquisitions. More recently, led development of Salesforce's customer transformation thought leadership.
Before that, I spent a decade in scenarios and strategy consulting at Monitor Group and GBN, serving customers on five continents. Majored in both future scenarios as a tool for strategy, and economic policy and development. Also worked in mergers and acquisitions for JPMorgan and UBS.
Hold a Diplome de Grande Ecole from ESCP Europe and a BA in Economic and Social Science from Trinity College Dublin. Speak Spanish and French. From Ireland, but have been in the Bay Area for the last 14 years, where I live with my wife and two children.
