Malak El Boury, PhD is a multilingual bridge builder that is passionate about human beings.

She is currently the Outgoing Curator of Global Shapers Rabat, an initiative from the World Economic Forum and has served PIM (purpose in Motion powered by Huawei) and Open Start Up ( Powered by Columbia Business and Engineering Schools) as a coach and facilitator.

Her academic and professional pursuits have taken her across continents and countries, notably in the US (Georges Washington University), France (IAE Paris - Paris 1 Pantheon - Sorbonne University), Jordan (UNICEF), Spain (Rey Juan Carlos University), Holland (University of Amsterdam), Germany, Luxembourg, Turkey and Tunisia. Malak was a lecturer in charge of the Project Management and entrepreneurship class at Junia - Engineering School and has led workshops for diverse audiences on topics such as Ikigai, Human Centric Design, Design Thinking, UX Design, Agile Project Management, Emotional and Collective Intelligence and Lean Business Model Canvas.

Malak previously worked at an e-commerce start-up (EXCOM), at the African Development Bank, at Havas Group and at Fondation Orient Occident before she joined the Faculty of Governance, Economic and Social Sciences (Mohamed VI Polytechnic University) as a program officer in charge of the Student Activities Center.

She also holds a PhD in Strategic, Management and Organizational Development with a focus on Education to Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
