With over 30 years of experience, and recently retired as KPMG's Global Head of Tax, Jane is well known and sought after all over the world for her significant insights and guidance on the rapidly evolving tax environment.
Prior to her role as Global Head of Tax, Jane served as Head of Tax and Pensions for KPMG in the UK and KPMG’s Head of Tax for Europe, Middle East and Africa region. She also frequently meets and consults with tax authorities across the globe on significant tax issues and regulations.
She is a regular conference host, presenter and moderator, and has been featured in a number of international media outlets where she is asked to speak on international tax issues and trends including the impact of the OECD’s BEPS project, tax transparency and responsibility, and her views on the future of global tax.

Jane has advised a large number of banks on a wide variety of tax issues, including cross border mergers, acquisitions and disposals, internal restructurings and financing, the tax treatment of financial products and operational tax requirements (withholding tax and tax reporting obligations of financial institutions).
She has provided tax subject matter expertise on statutory audits, corporate tax compliance services, and advises multinationals on tax governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
