Jake Loosararian is the Co-Founder and CEO at Gecko Robotics, a leader in robots and industrial asset management software focused on protecting the world's critical infrastructure.
Jake holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Grove City College, where he started Gecko in 2013. Since then, Gecko has grown to over 200 employees, with offices in Pittsburgh, NYC, Boston, and the EU. Gecko partners with leading oil & gas, power, manufacturing, and government institutions such as Exxon, Chevron, BP, Shell, Duke Energy and the US Department of Defense. Investors include such top VCs as Founders Fund, Y Combinator, XN, and Drive Capital.
Gecko’s robots capture data at previously unheard-of scale and fidelity, climbing pipelines, boilers, tanks, ship hulls, and many more asset types in search of damage, no matter how difficult to detect. Gecko’s software, in turn, enables human experts to contextualize that data and translate it into operational improvements.
