Denise is Partner and Business Engagement Lead at the Centre for Nature and Climate where she also leads the Chief Sustainability Leaders Community. She previously worked in the enterprise tech sector leveraging Industry knowledge to become business partner leader for large corporations, managing complex projects through strong executive relationships, for business transformation using ultimate technologies.
In her role as a sustainability program manager for a blue-chip technology company, she collaborated closely with the Chief Sustainability Officer's team. Her focus was on advancing net zero journeys, effectively translating environmental objectives into practical solutions. She also played a key role in cultivating a new business culture, fostering innovation through strategic projects and initiatives.
Driven by her commitment to sustainability, in 2021 she completed her second master's degree in International Management and Responsible Management for Climate Action working directly at the UN through the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) to apply systemic thinking to business and organizational solutions.
