David Sin is the Co-Founder, Group President and Deputy Chairman of Fullerton Healthcare Corporation. A champion of sustainable healthcare, David is dedicated to finding concrete solutions to make healthcare across Asia Pacific more accessible and affordable.
David is a leading force in Fullerton Health’s growing presence, expanding the Group from its Singapore roots to across eight markets in the Asia Pacific region today. David brings with him a track record of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate deal-making as CEO of SIN Capital Group. This is complemented by his experience in investment banking and special situations investing at Goldman Sachs and AIG Investment Corporation earlier on in his career.
David is a champion of health and education equality. He believes that these twin levers will make a world of difference for the underprivileged. Driven by this principle, he co-founded and is Chairman of the Fullerton Health Foundation, which offers complimentary health screenings and medication for chronic disease patients. He was instrumental in developing partnerships with The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (“Global Fund”), Doctors Without Borders and the Shared Value Project, to augment impact and improve health outcomes for disadvantaged communities in Asia.
In 2009, David founded SIN Capital Group to provide value-added capital and create long-term impact in areas that impact everyday life like healthcare, real estate and education.
David is a World Economic Forum (“WEF”) Young Global Leader (2018 - 2022), a member of the WEF Global Future Council on Health and Healthcare, and a member of the Harvard Business School Global Leaders Circle. David holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Manchester University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
