Rudolph Lohmeyer

Rudolph Lohmeyer is a Partner based in Dubai and leads Kearney’s international affairs practice as well as the National Transformations Institute. He is a recognized expert on international policy, strategic foresight, scenario-based strategic planning, and the institutional requirements of 21st century statecraft and whole-of-government strategic planning.

Rudolph advises corporate and government clients on strategic foresight, future-driven strategy and policy design and collaborative innovation. His clients include Global Fortune 500 corporations and leading government institutions. He also speaks to a wide range of audiences on strategic foresight and the changing nature of corporate strategy, future-driven governance and geopolitics.

He previously served in a non-political role as the Senior Advisor for Long-Term Strategic Planning at the US Department of State.

He received his BA from Stanford University, his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Masters of International Policy from The University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy Studies, with honors for his work on the China-US strategic relationship.
