Rachael is the Director at BSR, where she leads inclusive economy work, including research, initiatives, and collaborations with member companies. Before joining BSR, Racheal held positions with USAID, the Social Market Foundation, the Balkan Trust for Democracy, and the Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation at the University of California, San Diego. Currently, Rachael serves on the board of ethical fashion accessories label Catrinka, and on the advisory boards of Women Deliver and the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles.
