Scientists in Switzerland Have Invented a Vest that Makes You Stronger

It could improve the lives of people with limited mobility. Cables act as artificial tendons, connecting the vest to cuffs on the wearer’s arms. Sensors within the vest’s fabric detect the wearer’s movements and how much force is required to carry out the task.A motor then contracts the cables to provide extra strength. The Myoshirt was developed by scientists at ETH Zürich.
