Currently, Professor of Ecosystem Science, Environmental Change Institute, School of Geography and the Environment, University of Oxford; research interests: tropical forests and climate change, how tropical forests respond to and feed back on climate change, the nature and drivers of tropical deforestation, how tropical development and conservation can be managed in the context of climate change.
