Grace Nicolette is a Manager of Assessment Tools at the Center for Effective Philanthropy (CEP) in Cambridge, Massachusetts, leading the assessment work with US community foundations. She also manages many of CEP's major foundation relationships, helping clients to use CEP's assessment tools to better define, assess and improve their philanthropic work. Prior to joining CEP, Nicolette was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Social Venture Group, a philanthropy advisory firm that identifies investments in high potential non-profits and social enterprises in China. She also sits on the advisory boards for several foundations and non-profits as a China specialist. Nicolette is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
