Mr. Amadou OUMAROU is the Director for Infrastructure & Urban Development at the African Development Bank in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. He oversees an active portfolio of more than 120 projects in ports, railways, highways, airports, and Urban Development throughout the African continent amounting to about US$ 15 billion in lending commitments. Prior to joining the Bank Mr. OUMAROU worked for almost a decade in the Private Sector in USA. He holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in the USA.
