Pierre is a Physicist and Data Scientist, and is currently leading work related to knowledge engagement and insight creation at the Forum. Before this he led the development of the Global Shapers Annual Survey (2016 and 2017). He holds a PhD in Particle Physics with specializations in data analysis and statistics from the Université de Genève, and worked in collaboration with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Centre Européen de Recherche Nucléaire (CERN)
