Chief Executive Officer, Guidewheel

Lauren is CEO and co-Founder of Guidewheel, pioneering new AI-powered FactoryOps technology so that every factory in the world can have the tools to get to sustainable peak performance. Founded out of Stanford University and backed by Greycroft and Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Guidewheel combines non-intrusive sensors and breakthrough AI to empower manufacturers of all sizes to swiftly improve productivity and profit, while also building in the intelligence layer needed to reach peak performance and sustainability over time. Lauren was inspired to start Guidewheel by experiences within climate change and manufacturing including a Fulbright Scholarship focused on supply chain and work at the Hewlett Foundation, Environmental Defense Fund, and Revolution Foods. She has lived and worked in India, Kenya, Nicaragua, and Mexico, and received her BA and MBA from Stanford University, where she was a Udall Scholar and a Truman Scholar.
