Jennifer Desharnais has over 18 years of experience in the tourism industry, including hospitality, tour operators and aviation. She holds an MSc in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and in her current role, she works with ACI’s World Environment Standing Committee (WEnSC) to support airports on sustainability matters, covering everything from energy transition and decarbonization, circular economy, adaptation and resilience, to wildlife trafficking prevention and ESG reporting.
She also engages at the international level with several international organizations, including ICAO and its Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection (CAEP).
