Alejandro de Quero Cordero joins the World Economic Forum as Sustainability Lead Aerospace & Drones responsible. His aim is to improve and develop activities in the frame of aerospace sustainability, advanced & urban air mobility, and unmanned aerial systems.

Previously, Alejandro has worked during more than 7 years in the Marketing department of GF Machining Solutions, a Swiss machine tool manufacturer. During this experience, he has developed his engineering skills in the frame of milling, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), laser and additive manufacturing technologies. During this last period, he was responsible of managing the relationship and following the projects with Aerospace manufacturing companies, especially commercial aircraft engine manufacturers as well as spacecraft manufacturing companies.
