Europe has launched its largest ever cycling initiative

It’s called the European Declaration of Cycling, a huge bid to ‘get more people onto saddles’ across the EU. The declaration lists principles to boost cycling including strengthening city cycle networks, improving e-bike charging infrastructure and even creating bike superhighways between cities.
