Climate change is expected to have a huge impact on millions of lives & economy by 2050. Here are the 3 types of climate disasters that will cause the greatest loss.

By 2050, rising temperatures and extreme weather could trigger an additional 14.5 million deaths globally, with vulnerable groups like children, the elderly, and low-income communities bearing the brunt.

Climate change's toll on health and the economy

Climate change is also likely to lead to $12.5 trillion in economic losses worldwide, piling a further $1.1 trillion in costs onto healthcare systems.

There is still time for the world to make rapid and drastic cuts to emissions. To limit global warming to 1.5°C, global emissions must decrease by around 7% annually until 2030, but they are still increasing by 1.5% today.
