2023 was the world’s hottest year since records began

Last year, the global average temperature was 14.98˚C, 0.17˚C higher than the record set in 2016. Scientists say the evidence is clear that climate change is happening now. Extreme weather is the largest risk facing the world in 2024. As well as in the next 10 years, according to the Global Risks Report 2024.
