Chief Executive Officer, PensionDanmark, a pension fund in Denmark established in 1993 and managing defined contribution pension plans, healthcare plans and life-long training programmes based on collective agreements covering more than 800,000 workers employed in 23,000 companies within the private and public sector. Total assets under management are €40 billion. A substantial part of the portfolio is direct investments in renewable energy infrastructure assets and sustainable real estate. Chairman of the Board: Copenhagen Business School; Danish Society for Education and Business; Gefion. Holds other board and investment committee memberships, including with Arbejdernes Landsbank, Insurance & Pension Denmark, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (7 funds), Hedorf’s Fund, The Danish Foreign Policy Society, Det Danish Bocuse d’Or Foundation, Mars og Merkur and Board Leadership Society in Denmark. November 2019, appointed Chairman of the climate partnership for the financial sector by the Danish Government. August 2022, appointed Chairman of Danmarks Eksport- og Investeringsfond by the Danish Government.
