As the Engagement and Programme Manager at UpLink, I work at the intersection of strategy, convenings and community building, with a focus on bringing the right stakeholders together to drive meaningful outcomes. Over the past decade at the World Economic Forum, I have led engagement and programming across multiple global platforms, designing initiatives that connect leaders from business, government and civil society. My work centres on translating complex priorities into clear, high-quality experiences that foster collaboration, generate insights and support action. In my current role at Uplink, I lead the strategy for engagement programming and community development, overseeing a global portfolio of activities that support early-stage ventures. This includes shaping multi-year engagement approaches, guiding programme design, overseeing global event portfolios, and working across teams to ensure coherence, quality and measurable impact. A key part of my work is evolving programming from standalone moments into platforms that enable sustained engagement and support long-term outcomes. I have worked extensively across key climate and sustainability priorities, including topics like water, circular economy, nature-based solutions, and ocean action, collaborating with partners and colleagues across sectors. Earlier in my career, I worked with the Forum of Young Global Leaders, where I designed leadership programmes and immersive experiences, including field journeys focused on climate and sustainability.
