Reese Wong is an award-winning social entrepreneur, policy advisor and community-builder.
He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and served as one of the youngest Curators of the London II Hub. Reese founded ISSIA, Hong Kong’s largest youth-led nonprofit, which mobilised more than 500 volunteers across 80 schools, launched over 30 projects on the Sustainable Development Goals and was recognised by the UN and Nasdaq.
Reese has delivered more than 100 talks to audiences of over 5,000 at international conferences, universities and global forums. He is a 2024 Diana Award recipient and an Aspen UK Rising Leader, and has served as a Young Fellows Advisory Board Member at the Royal Society of Arts.
His professional experience spans emerging technology and AI policy at the U.S. Department of State, the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and the House of Commons. He also contributed to global strategy and biosecurity work at the UK Health Security Agency, and previously held roles at Ashoka and the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
Reese is the Founder of the Potentia Fellowship and Ripple Social Club, initiatives that build next-generation talent ecosystems at the intersection of public policy, entrepreneurship and technology. He studied International Relations at the London School of Economics.
