Priyanka’s upbringing across India, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States has given her a rich global perspective and an unwavering commitment to social impact. As the co-founder of Girlz,FTW, she has built a powerful international network that unites, empowers, and elevates women and girls through mentorship and an unlearning accelerator of harmful social and gender norms. This vibrant community spans 73 countries, where thousands of girls are empowering each other to thrive and champion gender equality. At Ashoka, Priyanka leads as Strategic Partnerships Manager, driving a movement that empowers every young person to become a changemaker—someone who actively solves problems or creates opportunities for the greater good. By collaborating with youth and influential institutions, she is building and activating communities of change leaders, fundamentally reshaping how society views youth and how young people see themselves. Her impactful work extends to other mission-driven organizations, including the Center for Social Innovation, NYC FIRST, and various innovative startups. Priyanka is a member of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and a United Nations Foundation +SocialGood Fellow.
