Ling Liu is the Executive Committee Member and Executive Vice President of Philips, and the Chief Region Leader of Philips in Greater China, directing the company’s strategy, operations, and growth in the region. With nearly 28 years in leadership roles across Greater China, the Netherlands, and North America, Ling has a strong track record of driving execution, enhancing business performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional value to customers and partners. Since joining Philips in 1998, Ling was most recently Chief Commercial Officer in Greater China, following her role as Head of Finance for Philips in North America and her role as Head of Finance in Greater China. Across her career, she has driven strategy execution and profitable growth by focusing on agile and cost-efficient operations, while supporting Philips' transformation into a health technology leader. Ling brings deep expertise in the China market, complemented by extensive international experience. She is passionate about delivering quality care and contributing to sustainable healthcare in China. Earlier in her career at Philips, Ling held various leadership roles across Personal Health, Group Personal Care, Corporate Treasury, and Philips Lighting, contributing to strategic transformation and growth initiatives. Ling holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Control from Maastricht University, a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Shanghai University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Zhejiang University.
