Jenni Hibbert is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and the global managing partner of Leadership Insights, with additional responsibility for the firm’s Europe and Africa business. As well as having regional P&L responsibility, she leads the development of data-driven insights and perspectives that enable organizations to make better decisions on leadership, succession, and organizational performance. Jenni has served on the firm’s Management Committee since 2019. Previously, Jenni led the global Financial Services Practice, the firm’s largest in size and scale with a presence in every office across all three regions. She has held numerous leadership roles throughout her time at the firm, and has served on the firmwide Consultant Promotion Committee. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jenni spent four years as a broadcaster with the BBC with a focus on financial and business news. She began her career working on Capitol Hill. Jenni is an elected Associate of Newnham College, Cambridge University, for 10 years. She also served as a governor of the English-Speaking Union, a global educational charity, for six years. She is actively involved in a range of professional networking forums. Jenni holds an MPhil in English from Cambridge University where she studied on an Arts & Humanities Research Board scholarship, a First Class BA (honors) degree in English and Drama from Birmingham University, and a PgDip (with distinction) in broadcast journalism from Cardiff University.
