Member of the United Nations Leadership Council, Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN). Former consultant to the United Nations, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the International Monetary Fund. Author of 14 books and over 120 professional articles published in Latin America, the US, Europe, and Asia. Recipient of numerous honours and awards.
