Dr. Bushra AlBlooshi is a Senior Consultant of Research and Innovation at the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) and the Chairwoman of the Digital Skills Committee at the Dubai Digital Authority. She has over 17 years of experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and strategy management. She has held various positions in different industries and organizations.

Dr. AlBlooshi has led many strategic initiatives in Dubai, including the development of the Dubai cybersecurity strategy, the establishment of the Dubai Cyber Innovation Park, and the launch of the Dubai cyber resilience plan. She is also involved in many other strategic initiatives in Dubai, such as the Dubai open data project, invest in Dubai, the UAE digital identity, and Dubai IoT and Blockchain platforms.

Dr. AlBlooshi is a prolific author and speaker on cybersecurity and digital transformation. She has published numerous articles, policy reports and books in the field and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. She is also a member of several advisory boards and committees, where she provides her expertise on digital transformation policies.

Dr. AlBlooshi is the inventor of two patents in cloud security and data privacy. She is also the lead author of many international publications in the field of digital transformation and cybersecurity.
