Adam Grant
Adam Grant is the Saul P. Steinberg Professor of Management and Psychology at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. An organisational psychologist, his research focuses on motivation, workplace culture, leadership, collaboration, generosity and the dynamics of creativity and organisational change. His work examines how individuals and organisations can improve performance, foster innovation and build more effective working environments. He is the author of several books, including Give and Take, Originals, Think Again and Hidden Potential, and hosts the podcasts WorkLife and ReThinking.
