Pursuit is a non-profit social impact organization that upskills workers to achieve upward mobility for low-income Americans and the two-thirds of workers without four-year college degrees. Pursuit operates a four-year workforce development programme to get underrepresented groups positions at leading employers. Since 2011, graduates have seen their incomes increase on average from $18,000 to $85,000. Pursuit’s operating model combines partnerships with tech companies to retrain blue-collar workers and social impact investments to re-envision funding for outcomes-based organizations. By connecting talent with opportunity, Pursuit empowers graduates to bring change to their families, tech companies and communities across the nation.
