Puravankara is a real estate conglomerate that commenced operations in Mumbai and has established a significant presence in Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mysore and overseas in Dubai, Colombo and Saudi Arabia. It focuses on investments in resources and infrastructure geared toward innovation and customer-centric digital transformation. It is one of the first developers to obtain foreign direct investment in the Indian real estate industry through its joint venture with Singapore-based Keppel Land. The joint venture company, Keppel Puravankara Development, has housing projects across the country. Puravankara has 62 residential projects and 5 commercial projects spanning 3.5 million square metres.
