Its goal is to promote Ghana’s development into a knowledge-based society and a smart economy through the use of ICT. Its vision is to ensure the convergence of communication technologies to facilitate the promotion of a viable integrated national development process. Its mission is to facilitate the development of reliable and cost-effective communications infrastructure and services, driven by technological innovations and accessible by all to enhance the promotion of economic competitiveness in a knowledge-based environment.
