Kumo.AI is a Sequoia-backed venture which built one of the first deep learning platforms for predicting customer behaviour instantly and at scale. It uses graph neural networks (GNNs) to automate the machine learning (ML) process and generate predictions. Its technology can be applied in various use cases, from churn and LTV prediction to recommendations, rankings and notifications. It works with market leaders in the US, including DoorDash (200 million users). In June, it announced partnerships with Snowflake and Databricks, leading to the full integration of its services in their respective data ecosystems.
