Carnegie is a private, non-profit think tank seeking to advance cooperation between nations and promoting active international engagement by the US. Founded in 1910, its work is non-partisan and dedicated to achieving practical results. It has offices in Beijing, Beirut, Brussels and Moscow, and is headquartered in Washington DC.
