Human Capital Outlook: Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)

The Fourth Industrial Revolution will disrupt business models and bring both challenges and opportunities to labour markets over the next five years, with enormous change predicted in the skill sets needed to thrive in the new landscape. This briefing aims to support deliberations by participants at the World Economic Forum on ASEAN 2016 on how the region’s talent can be best positioned for growth—particularly in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution—and how business and government can work together to close skills gaps.
