Refugee Integration

How can Germany overcome recent challenges and harness the long-term dividends of migration? Shapers in the Dusseldorf Hub contributed to this challenge through a skills development programme for refugees. Together with volunteers form Henkel and Accenture, Shapers ran weekly workshops to support the social and economic integration of newcomers, providing mentorship on job applications and CV writing, as well as navigating legal frameworks and education systems. Initiated by the hub in 2016, this project has since been carried on by Henkel and Accenture.
