Technology and societal shifts are redefining industry boundaries and new value. At the same time, leaders are challenged to transform their businesses to deliver for all stakeholders. Today more than ever, digital business transformation and partnerships that deliver for all stakeholders are key imperatives for a company's growth and success.
The Accelerating Digital Transformation program, launched in May 2020, is a multi-year initiative that helps companies proactively embed stakeholder interests and sustainability into their digital growth and business transformations.
Our global cross-industry network of business leaders aim to:
- Co-create guidance on purpose-led digital transformations
- Accelerate learning and scale leading practices
- Unlock new stakeholder value through cross-industry collaborations
A CEO Champions Group guides the direction and scope of the program, monitors progress, and champions the digital transformation agenda. This group includes HPE, Jefferson Health, Klöckner, Vista Equity Partners, Marriot International, Bain, Royal Phillips, Crescent Enterprises and VMWare.
A Working Group of over 60 senior executives from over 15 industries drive the program activities; share experiences and insights; and co-create outputs. This group includes Chief Digital Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Strategy Officers and other executives leading business and digital transformation agendas in their organizations.
