Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Political Science from the City University of New York and an MBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business of Pace University also in New York. From 1993 to 1995, worked as a Management Consultant in New York and since 1995 moved to Greece to work for BRITISH PETROLEUM in Management Reporting & Controlling, for ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT in Corporate Finance, for ELLAKTOR GROUP as Manager of Project Finance for AKTOR CONCESSIONS and since 2012 for CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS COMPANY as Head of Investments & Development Projects, focusing on investment and shareholders’ interests in large infrastructure projects globally. Serves as a voting Member of the Investment Committee of the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) at the EUROPEAN INVESTMENT BANK in Luxembourg since Dec. 2015. A member of the United Nations PPP experts' roster and an external expert for the European Commission on grants' proposals evaluation and on communication matters.
