Previously, Varghese was a Principal Consultant for UNO in London. He has the unique distinction of being part of the core teams that helped India's telecom and computer penetration grow from 1 to 50%. He researched leadership at Harvard and the London School of Economics with scholarships. He has also done his MBA and Bachelor's in Economics with gold medals
