Bian Jiao is the CEO of Puxiang Healthcare Group, a leading private healthcare provider in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Since joining the company in 2014, she has transformed Puxiang into the largest private healthcare chain in the area, overseeing nearly 20 medical institutions, including hospitals and community health centers, all integrated with China's national healthcare insurance system. Bian’s leadership has made high-quality medical services accessible to millions. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development from the University of Manchester and an Executive EMBA from Tsinghua University. Bian is also recognized for her contributions to digital health, serving as an inaugural member of the Digital Economy Committee of the APEC China Business Council and joining its Youth Committee in 2023.
