Holly Benson founded Infosys’ Enterprise Change consulting practice in 2005, where she helps businesses manage the human changes that are driven by technological change. She writes and speaks on the future of work and workforce, including diversity and generational issues, and is a member of Infosys’ Global Diversity Council. Originally a petroleum geologist, she holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.A. from the University of Texas, both in geological sciences. Holly lives in Houston, Texas in the USA.
