Gayathri KR is the Founder of NOW Venture Studio, a DeepTech and DeepScience venture studio and VC fund focused on Sustainability and ClimateTech. She also serves as Director at RGA Infra, a leading commercial real estate company with a track record of developing over 10 million sq. ft. of office space, where she leads investments and diversification.
An active angel investor, Gayathri has backed startups across EnterpriseTech, EdTech, and other sectors. She is also the founder of KReate Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving urban planning and development in growing cities.
A passionate advocate for climate action, she was part of the Global Shapers community (2019-2024), trained as a Climate Reality Leader, and attended COP29 as a youth delegate. Recognized among India's top emerging women leaders, she was selected for prestigious programs such as Davos50 and the L’Oréal Women Climate Collective Cohort 2024.
