Sizhen Wang leads Genetron Health in its efforts to explore new breakthroughs in the world of cancer genomics. He possesses an extensive track record as a serial entrepreneur and has developed strong corporate management capabilities across a broad array of different industries. His versatile background enables him to lead Genetron Health as the company continues to push the boundaries of healthcare technology in China and around the world.
In 2013, Wang co-founded Genetron Health to make breakthroughs in the emerging field of precision oncology. He later led the company to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange in June 2020, under the ticker “GTH”, making it one of the largest IPOs in the Chinese healthcare industry. By combining early cancer screening with cancer diagnosis and monitoring and drug research and development services, Genetron Health has inked partnerships with over 500 hospitals and medical examination centers, dozens of pharmaceutical firms and research institutes, and also led a number of public health and social welfare initiatives.
In 2004, Wang co-founded iTalkBB, a company providing global telephone, TV, data and mobile communications services to millions of users around the world. iTalkBB is now the leading Internet communications brand among Chinese communities in North America and Australia.
