Nadjia Yousif is member of the Technology Advantage practice and co-leads the Financial Institutions practice for the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium. Her work focuses on technology-enabled strategy, organization, and transformation for the banking and payments sectors.
Nadjia has deep experience supporting clients as they navigate the transformation of their technology systems, organizational structures, and digital customer experiences. Nadjia is also the head of Diversity & Inclusion for BCG in the UK, and a passionate advocate for diversity in the workplace as well as women in STEM subjects. She has been recognized for her work within BCG and beyond, having placed on the HERoes 100 Women Executives List 2019.
