Johannes Eugster is an Economist in the Multilateral Surveillance Division of the IMF’s Research Department, working mostly on international spillovers and G20 related issues. Previously, he was in the European and Strategy, Policy and Review Departments. His research focuses on topics related to international imbalances, spillovers, and the effect of structural reforms. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Graduate Institute in Geneva.
