As a Deloitte consultant, Darko worked on some of the largest transformation projects, helping clients change their internal operations and organizational structures and build alignment and buy-in necessary to galvanize their organizations.

Darko started his career with Goldman Sachs, leveraging psychology to understand the people challenges GS was facing and forming the nucleus of a "people-first" approach to organizational change and adaptation.

Darko's practical experience is enhanced through deep academic expertise, with five university degrees in business, psychology and foresight.
