Algirde is cybersecurity and digital transformation policy expert with a focus on public and private sector engagement. She is a lawyer with over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors. Most recently, Algirde was the VP of Information Risk at CyberSponse Inc. She managed customers engagement, investors’ relations along with workforce development. Prior to getting into cybersecurity, Algirde worked on multiple international development and security projects varying from financing a multi-country water dam power plant project to launching a community-driven organization uniting incident responders. She has an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, an LLM from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland and a B.A. from Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania.
